Shipping policy

The customer is responsible for paying shipping & sales tax costs.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment.

We provide all orders with tracking number, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

All sales are final...If the product does'nt fit, or you received the wrong size or product. You can return for store credit/exchange for the correct size or product ONLY if the item is in the same condition you received the item in.

You have 3 days from the day you received your item(s) to return for store/credit exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition and packaging you received the item in. 

Customer is responsible to pay return/exchange shipping fees

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email on the decision of your return/exchange request.

If we determine that any  item(s) are not in original condition, your exchange will not be acceptable and item(s) will be returned to you.

By purchasing from Fashion God Clothing you agree to assume responsibility of item once the item has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided and item is shipped through our carrier (USPS).

We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. If there is a delay or any exception to delivery (lost or stolen) you will be responsible for filing a claim with shipping agent. USPS FILE CLAIM WITH USPS
